Countermeasures must be taken. In case of unknown enemies, even if mistaken. Familiar faces and strangers alike. Be diligent, take nothing for granted. Eyes wide open, no room for surprise.

I always was told I didn’t pay enough attention as a youngen, which I probably didn’t and still don’t.

I have the same problem. Mind racing to fast I suppose. That line is so true.

Why do you think that is when it comes down to brass tacks? I often ask myself the same. When are you able to focus?

Mostly mid morning. Then the evening after dinner. I am never sure. I have called it Racing MInd syndrome for years.
